Ali Hamza

Ali Hamza is a Director Tax at EY with over 12 years of experience in international and corporate tax advisory, tax planning, reporting, and implementation. They possess a strong knowledge of tax laws and processes, demonstrating proficiency in evaluating business models and managing tax risks for a diverse clientele. Previously, Ali worked as a Tax Adviser and Business Consultant at Grant Thornton Pakistan from 2012 to 2015, before progressing through various roles at EY. They have also contributed to training sessions for ACCA members across multiple countries and led initiatives to enhance in-house tax knowledge within EY. Ali holds a CA in Accounting, Finance, and Tax from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, where they studied from 2008 to 2017.
