Alison Burden

Alison Burden, MBA, PMP, is currently the Associate Director and Program Manager at Ernst & Young, where they lead a team of eight and manage IT and Business programs to ensure delivery on schedule, budget, and quality. Prior to this role, Alison held various positions including Senior Project Manager at FIS and Manager of Customer Solutions at CheckFree Corporation, where they demonstrated expertise in program execution, change management, and stakeholder relationships. Alison earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the University of Northern Iowa. Their skills encompass critical thinking, budget management, and continuous improvement.
