Alison Hay

Alison Hay is a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Consulting practice at EY, where they focus on strategies that promote financial wellbeing for retail bank customers, including vulnerable populations. They co-chair EY’s Ability Network for the UK, fostering an inclusive environment for colleagues with diverse abilities. Alison completed an 18-month secondment as Chief of Staff to EY's Managing Partner for UK Financial Services and received the Building a Better Working World award at EY's inaugural UK Financial Services Consulting awards in 2023. They hold a first-class Master of Arts degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford. Prior to EY, Alison interned at AIL Madrid Spanish Language School and Deutsche Bank.
