Alison McQualter

Alison McQualter is currently the Oceania Total Rewards Leader at EY, a position they have held since 2018 after serving as a Total Rewards Manager from 2014 to 2018. Prior to their time at EY, they worked as a Reward Analyst at AXA Australia and as a Graduate Accountant at PwC. Alison has also held roles as a Financial Analyst and Senior Performance & Reward Consultant. They obtained a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT University, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Melbourne, and completed a CPA at the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
