Allison Bream

Allison Bream is a mission-driven HR and strategy leader with over 15 years of experience dedicated to helping organizations unlock human potential and drive meaningful change. Currently, they work with EY’s Government and Public Sector practice, partnering with state and local governments and educational institutions to enhance strategic workforce initiatives. Additionally, Allison has held key roles in various organizations, including serving as People Innovations Director at One Acre Fund and as Co-Director of The Global Engagement Summit. They are a Northwestern University alum, holding a Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy, and are involved in initiatives aimed at closing the racial wealth gap through the Level community.
