Alysia Steinmann is the Managing Partner for the Metro New York City offices of Ernst & Young LLP, overseeing the firm's headquarters and largest office in the area. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Alysia has led various complex accounting and valuation projects. Alysia serves on multiple boards, including NYC Autism Charter Schools and the Mayors Workforce Development Board, and is deeply committed to fostering diversity and inclusion. A proud advocate for neurodiversity, Alysia balances her professional responsibilities while raising two sons with autism. Alysia is also part of the Partnership for New York’s David Rockefeller Fellow class for 2024.
