Amanda Alphonso

Amanda Alphonso is currently the Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness at EY, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, Amanda served as an Assistant Manager of Diversity and Inclusiveness and held various roles within EY focused on recruitment. They began their career at Altisource Portfolio Solutions SA as a Recruiter and later worked at Infosys as an Associate Lead in Talent Acquisition. Amanda earned a PGDM in Human Resources from the Goa Institute of Management and a B.A. in Psychology from St. Xavier's College.
