Amber Kumar

Amber Kumar is a Senior Consultant at EY, specializing in co-operative governance, procurement planning, and public sector growth through strategic planning. With over eight years of experience, Amber currently supports the Ministry of Animal and Husbandry Department under the Rashtriya Gokul Mission, focusing on improving the genetic quality and productivity of indigenous cattle breeds. Previously, Amber served as an Executive Officer at COMFED (SUDHA), overseeing purchasing and managing a team to execute large-scale projects. Amber holds a postgraduate degree in Development Management from the Development Management Institute, Patna, along with a certificate in Community Based Microfinance from St. Francis Xavier University, Canada.
