Amber Williams is a Tax Partner in EY’s Financial Services Office, specializing in Wealth & Asset Management. With over 16 years of experience, Amber has served a diverse clientele, including private equity funds and global asset managers, providing expertise on tax treatment, global compliance, and tax structuring. Previously, Amber held roles as a Tax Manager and Senior Manager at EY and Deloitte. Amber earned a Bachelor/Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and is a licensed CPA in New York and Texas.
