Ananth Murthy

Ananth Murthy is an Operations Manager with extensive experience in team leadership and customer service within call center environments. They began their career as a Team Leader at Sitel from 2005 to 2008, where they supervised and motivated a staff of agents. Ananth then progressed to Hutchison 3G, serving as a Team Leader from 2008 to 2010, before joining IBM as a Resource Manager/Transition Manager from 2010 to 2016. Currently, Ananth holds the position of Assistant Director at EY and continues to demonstrate expertise in resource management and team development. Ananth completed a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and is currently pursuing additional qualifications at Baroda High School.
