Anastassia Delphi is a seasoned HR professional with a passion for human resources and development. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia in 2014. Anastassia has held various roles in organization development and talent management at notable companies, including FKS Group, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, and PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. Currently, they serve as an HR Business Partner Assistant Director at EY, where they lead and manage the HR Business Partner team for the Assurance/Audit division.
