Anders Warming

Anders Warming is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the accounting and finance sectors, currently serving as a Partner at EY since June 2014 after being promoted from Associate Partner. Prior to this role, Anders held the position of Director at EY Denmark, where a new department of young professionals specializing in IFRS, IPO, and Capital Markets was established. Notable contributions include leading a significant post-merger accounting integration project for a major life science merger and managing a complex IFRS implementation with a large team. Previously employed at KPMG from August 2009 to June 2014, Anders advanced from Assistant Manager to Engagement Manager while overseeing a large oil-producing client. Anders holds a Master's degree in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by earlier studies at Haderslev Handelsskole.
