Andrea Webster is an enterprise change and operations leader with over two decades of experience in transformation and operations. Currently serving as an Engagement Leader in People Consulting Practice at EY, Andrea leads national workforce and change transformation programs and has established an AI Centre of Excellence. Previously, Andrea held senior positions at various organizations, including Vice-President roles at Chartwell Retirement Residences and Lifemark Health Group, where they drove significant improvements in service quality and employee engagement. Andrea earned an MSc in Management from The London School of Economics and a BAH in Economics from Queen's University.
