Andrew Burns

Andrew Burns is an experienced policy and strategy consultant currently serving as an Associate Director at EY Advisory. They have worked extensively in the UK and New Zealand, delivering operational and strategic improvements across various government agencies. Previously, as Deputy Commissioner for Policy and Strategy at the State Services Commission, they provided policy advice and developed the architecture of the public management system. Andrew holds a PhD in History from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Sydney.
