Andrew Leach

Andrew Leach is a Partner at EY and leads the People Consulting practice across the Energy, Resources, and Industrials markets in the UK/I and EMEIA. With over twenty-five years of experience in managing major change programs, Andrew has predominantly focused on the Energy sector during their sixteen years at Accenture and seven years at EY. Previously, Andrew held significant roles as Managing Director at Accenture and Commercial Manager at Arcontrol Ltd. They are a Chartered Management Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, currently pursuing a course in Business Transformation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
