Andrew Young

Andrew Young is a seasoned technology delivery leader with 20 years of experience in consulting and digital transformations within the insurance sector. Currently serving as a Director in Technology Consulting at EY, they focus on shaping, delivering, and scaling insurance digital transformations, participating in over 10 large multi-year transformation programs. Previously, Andrew worked as a Consultant at Atos Consulting, where they were involved in the de-merger of The Global Fund from the World Health Organization, and contributed to the Strategy & Underwriting Team at RSA. They are currently pursuing further education at the University of Leicester.
