Andy Cooper

Andy Cooper is a Partner in International Tax and Transaction Services at Ernst & Young, where they lead the practice in Colorado. They provide international tax advisory services with a focus on structuring, foreign tax credit optimization, repatriation, tax-efficient financing, operating model effectiveness, intellectual property alignment, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining EY in 1999, Andy worked in international tax at Arthur Andersen from 1996 to 1999. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accountancy at the University of Florida, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in the same field.
