Andy Leung

Andy Leung has over 19 years of corporate and consulting experience, beginning their career in corporate HR to build expertise in People and HR. They have worked with major consulting firms, including Aon Hewitt, Accenture, Mercer, and EY, primarily focusing on HR, organizational development, talent management, and leadership development projects across the APAC region and Canada. Currently, Andy serves as the Director of People Consulting at EY, where they lead national initiatives in strategic workforce planning and talent management. They hold multiple degrees, including an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
