Anish Patel

Anish Patel is a Talent Development Manager at EY, where they have worked for the past nine years, initially starting in the Professional Qualifications team. Their role has led them to engage with diverse teams across all service lines, from school leavers to partners. Transitioning into the Consulting Learning & Development team, Anish has honed their consulting skills and creativity by designing and executing innovative learning events. Anish also served as a Special Constable with Essex Police from 2010 to 2012 and held various managerial roles at EY from 2015 to 2019.
