Anna Jaspan

Anna Jaspan is a Director in EY's international tax practice, bringing extensive experience in corporate restructuring transactions across multiple jurisdictions. They have a background in handling complex merger, acquisition, and inversion transactions and spent a year on secondment at EY's UK tax desk in New York, specializing in issues faced by large US-based businesses. Anna is well-versed in UK anti-hybrid legislation, OECD Pillar 2, and tax matters relevant to Life Sciences and Private Equity. Prior to their current role, Anna advanced through various positions at EY, beginning as a summer intern and culminating in a senior management role. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham and are a qualified chartered accountant.
