Antonio Benzi is an independent consultant and educator with extensive experience across various sectors both nationally and internationally. They have developed expertise in designing and improving operating models, focusing on Lean management, supply chain, digital transformation, and change management. Previously, Antonio held roles such as Partner at Seaside, Regional Lean Manager at Delphi, and has served as an adjunct professor at Università di Bologna and Bologna Business School. Currently, they work as a Senior Advisor at EY and continue to share their knowledge through education.
