Arindam Sen

Arindam Sen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and digital transformation within renowned organizations. Currently serving as a Partner at EY since September 2019, Arindam leads a high-growth business focused on implementing scalable Shared Service Strategies for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to this role, Arindam was the CIO of International Operations at Schneider Electric, overseeing IT strategies across multiple regions, and held various senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Digital Employee Experience, where major global transformations were executed. Earlier roles at APC-MGE and APC included IT operational restructuring and successful software deployments. Arindam holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Duke University and a BE in Electronics and Communication from Vellore Institute of Technology.
