Arnell (AJ) Santos, CISSP, is a Managing Director at EY with over 17 years of experience in cyber security across various industries. AJ specializes in Identity and Access Management strategy, architecture, and implementation and provides strategic thought leadership to clients. Previously, AJ served as a Manager at Accenture, leading I&AM implementations and contributing to the internal Identity & Access Management Community of Practice. AJ began their career as an intern at Alacra, Inc., assisting with the design and testing of an e-commerce website. AJ holds a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from The Pennsylvania State University.
