Audrey Keppel

Audrey Keppel is a Senior People Consultant at EY, where they have transitioned from various roles in People Consulting, including Staff Consultant and People Advisory Services Intern. Prior to their time at EY, Audrey interned at Highmark Health and worked as a Professional Development and Alumni Relations Director for Smeal Student Mentors. They also served as a Resident Assistant and Learning Assistant at Penn State University, where they completed their degree from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Audrey held a position as a Lead Ambassador in The Women's Network at Penn State and contributed to mentorship efforts for first-year students.
