Audrey Lye

Audrey Lye is currently the Senior Manager of M&A Tax at EY, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they managed M&A Tax at EY from 2022 to 2023 and worked at KPMG UK in Financial Services Audit from 2016 to 2020. They served as a Non-Executive Advisor at Lancaster University from 2018 to 2023 and held an audit position at PwC in 2015. Audrey earned an ACA Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAEW and completed a Master’s Degree in Finance at Lancaster University.
