Avantika P. is currently a Manager in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) at EY, where they have been since 2025. They previously held various roles at EY, including Assistant Manager and Associate in the Global Reporting Centre of Excellence, and began their finance career as a Finance Intern at Xilinx in 2018. Avantika participated in the Spring Insight Programme at Citi in 2017 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from University College Dublin in 2019, followed by completing the ACA qualification with Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2023.
