Avijit Padhy

Avijit Padhy has extensive experience in project management and development, particularly in agriculture and community initiatives. From May 2017 to August 2021, Avijit worked at SRIJAN, initially as a Project Executive focusing on agriculture, community institutions, natural resource management, and the marketing of Farmer Producer Organizations, before advancing to a leadership role as a Project Manager for project development. Since October 2022, Avijit has served as the District Coordinator for APICOL, promoting the Mukhyamantri Krushi Udyog Yojana in the district, while also working as a Project Consultant for EY, specializing in entrepreneurship development for government clients. Avijit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from Silicon Institute of Technology and an MBA in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management.
