Ayan Gappar

Ayan Gappar is an Automation Lead at the Center of Excellence, specializing in Power Platform and RPA. They lead global and regional automation initiatives, designing workflows that enhance operational efficiency. Ayan previously served as a Lead RPA Developer at Alfa-Bank, where they managed offshore development teams and implemented cloud-based RPA solutions. They also gained experience as an RPA Developer at "Samruk-Kazyna"​ Corporate University and as an Administrative Office Specialist at EY. Ayan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Esil University and an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Higher Trade and Economic College.
