Baisi W. is currently a Senior in People Advisory Services at EY, having begun this role in 2025. Prior to this, Baisi worked at Vialto Partners as a Senior Associate in Global Mobility Services from 2022 to 2025, and at PwC in the same capacity from 2020 to 2022. Baisi's career began with an internship in Global Mobility Services, where responsibilities included preparing tax returns and conducting shadow payroll reporting. Academically, Baisi attained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds degrees in Accountancy and Accounting from the University of San Diego and the University of Macau, respectively.
