Baldev Singh

Baldev Singh is currently the Vice President of Strategy and Transactions at EY, where they leverage over 15 years of experience in Management Consulting and Infrastructure Advisory, focusing on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. They have previously held positions at various organizations, including SRB Consultancy Pvt Ltd and IL&FS, collaborating with multiple state and central government bodies on infrastructure development across sectors such as roads, water supply, and education. Baldev holds an MBA in Finance from KIIT University and a B.Com in Accounting from Ravenshaw University, complemented by experience in financial modeling, bid process management, and structuring projects. In their recent role, they assisted the Government of Odisha in signing a Concession Agreement for a Bulk Water Supply Project.
