Barbara Morton

Barbara Morton is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV and FCBV), currently working as a contractor with EY after retiring as a Partner in their Strategy and Transactions practice in 2021. With over 30 years of experience in business valuation and loss quantification, Barbara has worked with a range of clients, from private family-owned businesses to large public companies and government entities. They have served on the Board of the CBV Institute and contributed to numerous committees, focusing on developing practice standards. Additionally, Barbara has provided expert witness services and has presented on business valuation topics to corporate and legal audiences across Canada.
