Barbara Porter

Managing Director

Barbara Porter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience, business development, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director at EY since January 2018, Porter leads the US Customer Service Group, collaborating with utility executives to enhance growth and implement digital strategies. Previously, Porter held the role of Chief Customer Experience Officer at Senn Delaney, where significant growth strategies were developed post-acquisition. As an Executive Director at Ernst & Young from 2013 to 2016, Porter managed high-value customer engagements with notable clients. Additionally, Porter has been a Board Member and Faculty Advisor with the Enterprise Engagement Alliance since 2013, contributing expertise to the field of stakeholder capitalism. As the founder of IBT Services, Porter established a successful customer acquisition organization in the energy sector. Porter earned a BA in English from Bucknell University.
