Barbara Sutherland

Barbara Sutherland is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at EY since August 2022, Barbara's previous positions include Interim Head of Talent Acquisition at Flutter Entertainment Plc and AO, where transformative strategies were implemented to enhance recruiting functions. With a background that includes leadership at Jaguar Land Rover and involvement in strategic talent management at Lloydspharmacy, Barbara has demonstrated expertise in operational model design, process re-engineering, and capability building. An active member of RL100 since February 2018, Barbara holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from Ulster University, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
