Barry Bloom

Barry Bloom is a Senior Manager and Partner of the Firm tax services at Ernst & Young (EY), where they have been responsible for managing multiple expatriate tax engagements since 2006. Earlier in their career, they served as a Manager at PwC from 1999 to 2006, overseeing expatriate tax compliance and team management. Barry holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University at Buffalo, which they completed in 1990. They are dedicated to training and developing their team while focusing on building strong client relationships.
