Barry Eligon

Barry Eligon serves as an Executive Director at EY since October 2016, leading consulting initiatives in Jamaica and across the Caribbean in the Government and Public Sector. Prior roles include Director in the UK&I Government & Public Sector practice focusing on International Development and Public Sector transformation, Principal as an Independent Consultant, and Associate Partner at Atos Consulting, where business development in the Caribbean region was a primary responsibility. Eligon has amassed over 20 years of experience in program management and organizational transformation across various sectors, including preceding positions at Deutsche Bank, The Newedge Group, Aegis Management Solutions Limited, Societe Generale, BNP Paribas, ING Barings, and UBS, with a consistent focus on managing major programs and strategic initiatives.
