Basant Shroff

Basant Shroff is a seasoned professional in the financial services sector with extensive experience in technology risk management. Currently serving as a Partner and Technology Risk Leader at Ernst & Young (EY) since August 2007, Basant has previously held prominent roles, including Director at Prudential Assurance from April 2004 to August 2007 and Sr Manager at KPMG from 2001 to 2004, where leadership of the Mumbai IRM team was a key responsibility. The career commenced at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Deputy Manager from June 1997 to March 2001. Basant holds a PGDBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from ICFAI Business School and a B. Sc (Hons) in Economics from St. Xavier's College, complemented by foundational education at Birla High School.
