Basavaraj Pattar

Basavaraj Pattar is a GDS Global Payroll Implementation Leader with over 18 years of experience in global payroll implementation, operational excellence, and client relationship management. Until 2018, Basavaraj served as a Client Delivery Manager at Aon Hewitt, where they focused on compliance and operational improvements. Prior to that, Basavaraj held various roles including Implementation Consultant at Hewitt Associates and Senior Manager at EY, where they currently manage global payroll implementation projects across multiple regions. Basavaraj also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Karnataka State Open University.
