Bea Haring

Bea Haring is the Managing Partner Talent for Western Europe and Magreb at EY. They held various roles at Moret Ernst & Young from 1990 to 2000, culminating in the position of Senior Manager. In 2000, Bea was appointed as Partner within EY's Human Capital practice and later became Chair of the Dutch Human Capital practice. Over the years, they have contributed to multiple leadership teams, managing strategic People themes globally. Bea completed their studies in Fiscaal Recht at Rijksuniversiteit Leiden from 1985 to 1989 and attended the Beroepsopleiding Belastingadviseurs from 1990 to 1993.
