Beatriz Moura

Beatriz Moura has extensive experience in business process management, beginning as a Business Process Excellence Jr. Consultant at Software AG from 2011 to 2014, where they worked with major clients like Itaú Unibanco and Petrobrás. Following this, they were a BPM Senior Analyst at EY from 2014 to 2015, delivering process modeling training across multiple countries. Beatriz later advanced to leadership roles at EY, overseeing process transformation projects and educating over 500 practitioners globally. Beatriz holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering from Universidade Federal do ABC, as well as an Executive MBA from FGV, completed in 2023.
