Ben Doust

Ben Doust is a seasoned Director of Innovation Incentives with extensive experience in management consultancy, particularly within the engineering and life sciences sectors. They have held various roles, including Senior R&D Consultant at Leyton and Field Engineer at Schlumberger, where they demonstrated leadership in team management, project delivery, and client relations. Ben possesses a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leicester and has international experience across North & Central America, Scandinavia, the UK, and Ireland. Currently, they serve as a Senior Manager at EY, having previously taken a secondment as Chief of Staff for the UK&I Tax and Law firm.
