Ben Gregory

Ben Gregory is a Partner at EY's audit practice, bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services and insurance sector. They have worked on significant engagements in both general insurance and life sectors, providing a wide range of assurance, advisory, and transaction-related services. Ben's expertise includes extensive knowledge of IFRS, MCEV, UK GAAP, and Solvency II, along with a notable secondment as Chief Accounting Officer at a large listed insurer. They joined EY's Johannesburg office to enhance the firm's insurance capabilities before returning to the UK insurance audit practice in September 2021. Ben holds a BA (Hons) in Modern History with Economics from The University of Manchester and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
