Ben Hu is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and international relations, currently working as a Senior Consultant at 安永 since September 2024. Previously, Ben served as a Cybersecurity Research Analyst at the US-China Business Council, where corporate data mapping strategies were developed for over 200 U.S. companies. In addition, a role as a Privacy Research Assistant at The Stimson Center involved research on China's Personal Information Protection Law, resulting in a publication in The Diplomat. Ben's consulting experience includes advising China's financial and energy sectors through the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and working with 字节跳动 to enhance digital and cybersecurity policies, significantly contributing to company growth. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government Studies from Franklin & Marshall College and two Master's degrees: one in International Political Economy & China Studies from The Johns Hopkins University and currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Cybersecurity Risk Management at Georgetown University.
