Ben Willis

With over 20 years of experience in HR strategy and organisational development, Ben has held leadership roles in e-commerce and international business, including positions at bpost and as Head of Human Resources at CityWest Homes. They are a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and have a strong background in digital transformation and HR strategy.
