Bert Bardoel

Bert Bardoel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic growth within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the EY Real Estate Growth Markets Leader and Oceania Growth Navigator Leader since 2004, Bardoel focuses on leveraging technology to facilitate organizational growth. Bardoel has held various leadership roles at EY, including Oceania Leader for Strategic Growth Markets and Executive Director in charge of the Strategic Growth Markets Division in Sydney. In addition to their work at EY, Bardoel is the Chair of the Board for Dutchlink Limited and the Anne Frank Exhibition Australia. Prior to these roles, Bardoel was involved in business development at RBC Royal Bank and Singtel Optus, catering to high-profile financial institutions. Bardoel holds an EMBA with Distinction from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and has a background in education from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Augustinianum.
