Additionally, Bilal served as Chief Financial Officer at the Pakistan Human Development Fund, overseeing financial statement preparation in compliance with international standards. Bilal's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of the Punjab and Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
