Bill MacEy

Bill Macey is a Principal at EY, with experience since May 2005, specializing in a variety of transfer pricing solutions, including US and non-US Advance Pricing Agreements, global documentation, economic modeling, and valuation of intangible assets. Prior to joining EY, Bill Macey worked as a Senior Associate at PwC from June 2002 to April 2005 and served as an Economist at the Public Utility Commission of Texas from June 2001 to May 2002. Bill Macey holds a Ph.D. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin (1996-2002) and a B.A. in Economics from Boston College (1992-1996).
