Bipin Misra

Bipin Misra, MRICS, MCR, currently serves as the Director & Head of India Workplace & Real Estate at EY since December 2021, leading corporate real estate strategy, space identification, and sustainability efforts. Prior to this role, Bipin worked as Sr. Director & Head of Corporate Real Estate at Cognizant, managing real estate projects across India and APAC from November 2017 to December 2021. Bipin has extensive experience in real estate and operations, having held leadership positions at Honeywell International and GMR Group, as well as in roles within the government and private sectors. Bipin holds an MBA in Marketing, a PG Diploma in Construction Management, and a B. Tech in Civil Engineering, along with a master's degree in Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global.
