Bob Willis

Bob Willis is an Enterprise Agile Coach and Organisation Effectiveness Leader at EY, with prior experience as an Associate Partner at IBM. They have a strong background in transforming organizations by promoting Agile and Lean practices, exemplified during their tenure as an Agile Transformation Coach at Companies House. Bob also served as a Scrum Master and Project Manager at Babcock Marine, successfully managing complex projects, including a significant data center migration. They are an active global conference speaker in business agility and a guest lecturer at UK universities, passionate about fostering generative cultures within organizations. Bob is currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computing and an MBA in Business Administration.
