Bobby Hart

Bobby Hart is a Partner at EY, having advanced from Managing Director since joining in 2020. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager at EY and held various positions in the U.S. Coast Guard, including Operations Officer and Budget Officer, where they were instrumental in audit compliance and financial management. Bobby earned a B.S. in Government from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and holds two master’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Delaware. They have been recognized with multiple DHS CFO Awards throughout their career.
