Borja Yusta

Borja Yusta is a Senior Manager in Executive Compensation and Total Rewards at EY, drawing on over ten years of advisory experience in executive compensation and rewards. Previously, Borja worked at KPMG España in a strategic reward and executive compensation advisory capacity. At EY, Borja advises financial institutions on remuneration packages and implements international remuneration structures, including short and long-term incentive policies. Borja holds a double degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has completed master's degrees in both Law and Tax Advice.
